The buffet style menu will feature 2 entrees:
Roast Prime Rib of Beef (carved on site), and Seafood Madagascar.

The vegetable selection will include:
Au Gratin potatoes and California blend vegetables.

The Salads will include:
Fresh Garden mixed green salad with assorted dressing and a fresh fruit bowl.

And the Desserts will consist of a selection of:
Assorted pies, cakes, cheesecakes, and ice cream.

Enjoy Great Food, Friends, Door Prizes and Have a Wonderful Time! After dinner, there will be auctions, raffles, and door prizes with such great prizes as a Dell Laptop, and goodies from Pinnacle Systems, NTI, Verbatim, and Corel: (A copy of VideoStudio 11 Plus) All in all, it promises to be a great evening, and if it's anything like the past holiday dinners, a good time will be had by all! Shelly Stevens, a nationally known Dulcimer artist, with several published CDs, will be entertaining us during social hour with her renditions.
