Appetizers: An assortment of appetizers including Swedish meatballs and assorted cheeses
Salads: Tossed salad, 7-layer salad, and Broccoli salad
Entrees: Chicken in a wine sauce & braised Sirloin tips
Side dishes: Parsley & Butter new potatoes, oriental blend vegetables, and buttered Asparagus
Dessert: Assorted pies
Drinks: Tea, Coffee, and assorted soft drinks

The meal will be catered by McCoy Catering this year.

Tickets were only $15.00 each.
We enjoyed Great Food, Friends, Door Prizes and had a Wonderful Time! After dinner, there was a silent auction, and door prizes with such great prizes as a Laptop, and many other goodies, including some super prizes donated by Intel. All in all, it was a great evening and a good time was had by all!

We had numerous door prizes, including a laptop and a 2GHz P-4 XP desktop PC with LCD monitor, as well as a few items in a silent auction.

This year, Intel® made a significant donation of goodies - a DG45ID motherboard, a D945GCLF2 motherboard & CPU, and Core^TM2 Extreme quad-core CPU. Thank you Intel!!!
