"The Dayton RFID Convergence Center is the first and only radio frequency identification-focused business incubator in the world. Brad Proctor, CEO & Executive Director, will conduct a tour to highlight the “green” facilities, highlight the Members of the Center and also talk about why so many companies in the Dayton area are stepping up to assist the Center and its Members."
"The RFID Convergence Center spearheads the challenge of retaining local business while also attracting new early-stage radio frequency identification companies from across the globe. The innovative incubator model offers its member participants a network of business and professional assistance, industry-specific expertise, one-on-one coaching by staff and experienced mentors, access to an investor network and assistance with financing. The RFID Convergence Center is the first of the many Dayton Tech Town facilities planned. Development plans for the complete project will be available on-site."
We plan to also have a Q&A follow-up of last month's Windows 7 presentation, so bring your questions.
Please join us after the meeting at Uno Chicago Grill, 126 N Main St, Dayton - (937) 910-8000.
It's rapidly approaching that time of year again, so reserve Tuesday, December 8 for the annual DMA Holiday Dinner party. We're planning to use pretty much the same format as last year, but with a different catering company providing more choices for dinner at Huber Heights Athletic Association. Tickets are $17.50 each and can be bought on-line here, or from GT and other DMA board members. Matt Hester from Microsoft and Jeff Carlson from Intel will be attending our Holiday dinner. See more details here.
Plenty of free parking is available at the facility.
The Dayton RFID Convergence Center is on the third floor of 711
E. Monument Ave., between Taylor St. and Meigs St. - three blocks east
of Fifth Third Field. The entrance into the building is on the east
side of the building through the glass vestibule.
From 75 South: Exit 54C for Webster Street. The exit ramp splits,
so veer right for the Webster Street exit ramp. At the light, turn
right onto Webster Street. At the next light, turn left onto Monument
Avenue. Look for the green and grey building on the left. Turn left on
Taylor Street to enter parking lot.
From 75 North: Exit 54C for Webster Street. At the light,
