Planning The Future of Computerfest®

By Randal Young, Exhibitor/Vendor Coordinator, Exhibitors (at) computerfest.com

Many of you by now have noticed that Computerfest® is on a pathway of evolution that is taking it away from the tired old “flea market for techies” theme to a fully integrated computer, technology and information event.  While other shows have become extinct due to their inability to adapt to the changing market, the future of Computerfest® is a bright one with many, many opportunities for growth and expansion.  I have been charged by the Co-chairs of the August show, Gary Mullins and David Thomas, to become the Exhibitor/Vendor chair.  I hope to provide for a wide array of technology to be represented at the Fall Computerfest®.  To this end, I ask for your help by giving me any suggestions you think would be a source or a lead for me to contact.

I would also ask that if anyone is interested with getting involved with this exciting area of the show, I would be happy to bring you on board.  The Computerfest® staff is not a closed society, but rather an open family seeking new members constantly.  Let the Co-chairs, anyone on the staff, or me know if you are interested and the doors will be opened for you.
