Attention all members of the HamSIG

DMA is sponsoring a booth at Hamvention this year - one of the outdoor flea
market spaces that have been reserved for clubs. A great opportunity to see
and be seen by the community and to promote our club, and our SIG.

I would guess most of us are going to Hamvention anyway, and I welcome your
help in manning this booth. An hour or two from each attendee would be
great, enabling the booth crew a chance to get away and giving you an
opportunity to sit for a spell and recover. Manning a booth is a great way
to meet people and see the crowds from a different perspective.

If you were not planning on going to Hamvention but are willing to cover
some significant shifts, let me know and we can figure out how to get you
in.

For the rest of you, please consider contacting me or Glady and offering to
take a time block. Or check in when you get to the show and ask how you can
help. Many hands make light work and with the weather heating up our booth
crew will need time to catch some air conditioning or get a drink.
Considering our booth crew is one or maybe two people, it is up to us to
help out!

Call me with questions or to volunteer, or send an e-mail. I look forward
to seeing you at the show!

Todd
