I am excited!!

This Tuesday May 13th the DMA(r) Certification SIG starts CompTia's Linux+.

I still have two sets left - cost $ 20.00.  Email ASAP if you want in.

We have over 40 individuals signed up for this course.  Some have picked up
the book and software.  Please bring the book only to the meeting.  For
those that have not picked up their materials I will have them at Tuesday's
meeting.

Don't worry we will fit in just fine.  Some of the people will only be at
the Tuesday meetings others only the Wednesday ones.  So we will fit in 119
just fine.

As a special note I am talkeing to CompTia regarding DMA(r) becomming a
member and those participating in the sig getting the exam vouchers at a
HUGE discount - more news later.

Just a reminder we do not start installing Linux until lesson 5, which will
be somewhere between the third and fifth meeting. So, don't rush to get it
loaded and mess your windows system up!!

We are working on the lesson plan and will have it on-line in the next week
or so.  I will be sending an email announcing the details so you can stay
upto date in your spare time.

We meet the 2nd Tuesday and the 4th Wednesday of each month at 7 PM, 119
Valley St, Dayton, OH.

As always we look forward to seeing you there where  'those in attendance
always learn something'.
