Just a brief reminder that we're having a Linux Installfest Saturday,
September 13, from 11 am to 5 pm in room 145 of the Russ Engineering Center
at Wright State University (<www.wright.edu/visit/>), Colonel Glenn Hwy,
Fairborn, OH.  Park in lot 16 or 17.  We'll have a limited number of
monitors, keyboards, mice, power cables, etc., but it's always best to
bring your own.  So, if you can provide any of those items, especially
power strips, Cat 5 cables, switches or hubs, we'd greatly appreciate it.
Also, please bring some spare CDs (preferrably with Mandrake 9.1, RedHat
9.0, or other recent distro already burned on them).

We'll also probably have some talks in room 146, as well as (possibly)
some refreshments this time.  Possible presentations include:

   o gcc, gdb, and vim - Todd Rovito
   o Internet study sites - George Ewing

If you've never installed Linux before, please read
<http://www.dma.org/linuxsig/Linux-install.shtml> first.  We'll be glad
to assist you any way we can, but it helps if you come prepared.
