[Genealogy-SIG] Private email addresses

By default, all subscribers email addresses are private.

 Whereas one cannot tell whether this setting is desired or not,
should discretion be warranted in this matter?
 
So, if subscribers really do not want their email address shared,
they should unsubscribe until after Jay receives the current list.
