JAMBOREE TIME
It's Family History Jamboree time again!
And this means that our February meeting will be deferred until our regular March meeting.
Members are encouraged to take this annual opportunity to attend the Family History Jamboree at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints, located at 901 E. Whipp Rd., Centerville, OH on Saturday, 17 February 2007. Activities all start at 8:30 AM. Classes and class schedules may be obtained off their website:
http://www.fhj1.org
Questions about anything related to the Jamboree should be directed to Mike Fauber at:
registration at fhj1.org
I encourage any and all to think about attending this event. I have attended it for several years now and I have been delighted with the information presented. It also allows you to meet a lot of people with common interests who ask a lot of questions of general interest. And, I have enjoyed meeting the instructors and discovering their more in-depth experiences.
Put it on your calendar and register as early as you can; they do have a cut-off limit on how many people they can handle (i.e. 450). Classes are about one hour in length and you can attend as many as you want or can schedule. You do not have to stay for the entire day unless you want to.
See you there.
