I have to disagree. The Computerfest booth is one of the group's most
visible activities, and it's appropriate to spend some time at the
general meetings planning it. It's important that everyone feel he
knows what's going on and has some involvement.

I've also found that new people get integrated into a group most
sucessfully when they get a chance to make a contribution, even doing
"grunt work" -- such as by manning a booth or helping with setup.

But I'm not planning on spending tons of time on it, unless the other
members have a lot of questions or concerns.

We'll do that anyway, of course.
