OK.  Now any DMA member may now upload files and specify their destination by 
SIG (or the members-only area).  Any file(s) uploaded must be reviewed before 
being moved to the requested destination.  I've created downloads directories 
for the active SIGs and added them to a selection list in the upload form 
<www.dma.org/members-only/upload.shtml>.  Give it a try.
