Is there anything planned for this month's meeting? I am co-presenting
with Scott Fife, the IT director at Centerville City Schools, at the
beginning of December at the Southwestern Ohio Instructional Technology
Association's (SOITA) Educational Technology Conference.

The title of our talk is "Linux Terminal Server Implementation - Beyond
the Pilot Project" and the summary is:

It isn't a pilot project or a beta test. Centerville Schools
deployed 200 thin clients based on the Linux Terminal Server Project
    in five schools this year.

This presentation will discuss the project in detail, from
conception to implementation, and we will focus specifically on:
      * The decision to choose Linux over the alternative thin clients
      * The challenges we faced during deployment
      * The advantages and pitfalls of a Linux based solution
      * Recommendations for others investigating implementation of thin
        clients

The target audience is IT people at school districts, but I think it is
appropriate for the SIG as well. In addition to me thinking that LTSP is
interesting, I'd also like to have a dry run of the presentation before
the conference.

Thoughts? I honestly don't want to monopolize the group with my
presentations. If you're getting sick of me, please let me know.
