[Linux-SIG-Planning] OpenBSD presentation for March meeting.

I mentioned this at the end of tonight's meeting, but figured I'd send 
something along to the planning list just to define a little about what 
I was hoping to present next month.

In following with this month's presentation on Debian, I'd like to do a 
30-45 minute presentation on the OpenBSD project, how the system works, 
and some of the differences between OpenBSD and Linux.
