You are invited to the Thursday, June 28th meeting of the
Dayton Microcomputer Association
Digital Photography SIG
at 240 Allyn Hall, Wright State University.

We're going to try a new meeting format this month. We'll start out with
a general "Q & A" session where you can try to get some nagging
question(s) answered. We'll then have the main presentation, followed by
a "Show & Tell" session where you can show off your latest photos, new
gadgets, etc. This month's topic will be scanning prints (maybe
negatives and slides too?) by Nancy Christolear. Post a few of your
favorite photos to our Gallery
<http://www.dma.org/gallery/view_album.php?set_albumName=Apr07-challenge>.
If you have any suggestions for topics, or would like to do a
presentation, please contact us.

See more details about this meeting at
http://www.dma.org/photosig/events.shtml#Jun07mtg. As always, if you
have anything that you are working on and would like to share how you
are doing it, please feel free to bring it to the meeting.

The Dayton Microcomputer Association (DMA), Digital Photography Special
Interest Group, exists to assist digital photographers with their
craft. We hold a monthly meeting with a scheduled topic, and then break
off into smaller groups to discuss whatever is of interest. Our members
vary tremendously in interests and skills. We have professional
photographers, amateurs who are just transitioning to digital media,
beginners who are just starting out, and even members who are still
waiting to purchase their first digital camera. Areas of interest
include still photography, photo editing, digital video, scanning of
photos, restoration of damaged photos, rescuing of bad photos,
transferring analog (VHS) video to digital, printing techniques, buyers
guides and so much more. There is something for every skill and
interest level! Visit the Digital Photography SIG Web page at:
