[Software-Development] Configuring JBuilder 8 Enterprise For CVS

I am attempting to configure JBuilder 8 Enterprise to extract projects
or files from a CVS repository and commit modified files to the CVS
repository.
The CVS repository resides on a secure server. This is part of a
transition effort from Eclipse to JBuilder. The previous developers are
not available for consultation.
I am running into several major issues with configuring this
environment. Anyone who has experience with this, please contact me.
