Update The Pfaff 2144 To The Same Version As The 2170

This adds 2170 software features such as Precise Positioning

Thank you for contacting Embroidery Software Support.  You can update your 2144 to the same version as the 2170. Please use the following steps to get the update and the manual for the 2140/2144/2170 update. If these steps do not resolve the issue please take your machine to your local Authorized Pfaff Dealer, where they can assist you in updating your machine. To locate a dealer please use the Dealer Locator on the Pfaff web-site.

1.   Go to http://www.pfaffusa.com

2.   Select Update your 2140/2144 (on the right side/scroll to the bottom of page)

3.   Enter User Name and Password or Register as a new User

4.   Select Open - Under, Click on below for your creative 2144 update 

5.   Select Download Creative Update version 01.04.04 (select the version that meets your language requirements)

6.   For Information regarding the machine update:  Select the PDF

Please use the following steps to update your 2140/2144 to the 2170. 

1. Connect to your 2140/2144 to your Computer

2. Turn on your 2140/2144

3. On your 2140/2144 select Main Menu

4. Select "C" Context

5. Select Firmware

6. Select Yes on the Caution Screen

7. Send the update from your Computer
